National Marketing Director and Chief Technology Officer

Lubbock, TX., December 2006 -- R H Administrators, a leading third party administrator announced the appointment of Matthew R. Kelley to the dual role of National Marketing Director and Chief Technology Officer.

In this dual postion, Matthew is responsible for strategically identifying, developing and executing partnership opportunities for R H Adminstrators. Kelley will create comprehensive relationship programs, which include sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, tools, processes, operational tracking and reporting mechanisms. As Chief Technology Officer, Matthew will define R H Administrators technical strategy, alignment and manage propriatary software and hardware while managing the companies corporate technology infrastructure.
