PREMIUM ADMINISTRATION

Current enrollments of all employees and their dependents are tracked our system in real time. Billing statements can be itemized by each line of coverage. The system automatically interfaces with claim processing.

We prepare billing functions for the client and the Insurance Company. This includes billing, collecting, accounting and remitting premiums to the carrier.

According to the clients discretion, monthly billing statements are prepared by client, location, or department.

COMMUNICATION

We offer clients whatever level of communication they desire. This includes drafting of the Plan Documents or certificate filing with the proper authority, preparation of summary plan description (Benefit booklet), conducting meetings to explain their plan of benefits, claim forms, ID cards, change forms, etc. These services are priced according to the needs of each client.
